Dental Therapist Vacancy

Are you a compassionate and skilled Dental Therapist looking to work in a forward-thinking private practice? We’re excited to welcome a GDC-registered Dental Therapist to our growing team at Modbury Dental Practice, located in the heart of the beautiful South Hams.

This role is primarily therapy-focused, with limited hygiene sessions – giving you the opportunity to fully utilise your clinical skills in delivering high-quality care to patients.

About the Practice – Under New Ownership:

Modbury Dental Practice is now under new ownership and management by Dr Vivek Giddani, of Giddani Health Group Ltd. Dr Giddani brings a fresh, modern vision to the practice – one that builds on its strong local reputation while introducing progressive care and investment in the team and facilities.

We understand the importance of continuity and transparency, especially in a close-knit community so our commitment to delivering excellent private dental care remains stronger than ever.

Our services include:

Dental Implants, Oral Surgery, Periodontics, and OPG imaging
In-house Facial Aesthetics
Preventive, Cosmetic, and Restorative Dentistry delivered with care and integrity

Your Role:

Focus on delivering preventive and periodontal therapy as your core role (not just hygiene)
Support patients with tailored treatment plans and ongoing oral health guidance
Collaborate closely with our clinicians and nurses in a respectful, team-based approach
Help maintain our reputation for calm, gentle, and attentive patient care

What We’re Looking For:

GDC-registered Dental Therapist with a recognised qualification
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A calm, professional manner and high attention to detail
A genuine passion for improving patients’ oral health and wellbeing
Experience in a private or referral setting is an advantage, but not essential
