Are you a compassionate and skilled Dental Therapist looking to work in a forward-thinking private practice? We’re excited to welcome a GDC-registered Dental Therapist to our growing team at Modbury Dental Practice, located in the heart of the beautiful South Hams.

This role is primarily therapy-focused, with limited hygiene sessions – giving you the opportunity to fully utilise your clinical skills in delivering high-quality care to patients.

Modbury Dental Practice is now under new ownership and management by Dr Vivek Giddani, of Giddani Health Group Ltd. Dr Giddani brings a fresh, modern vision to the practice – one that builds on its strong local reputation while introducing progressive care and investment in the team and facilities.

Our services include:

• Dental Implants, Oral Surgery, Periodontics, and OPG imaging
• In-house Facial Aesthetics
• Preventive, Cosmetic, and Restorative Dentistry delivered with care and integrity

Your Role: 

• Focus on delivering preventive and periodontal therapy as your core role (not just hygiene)
• Support patients with tailored treatment plans and ongoing oral health guidance
• Collaborate closely with our clinicians and nurses in a respectful, team-based approach
• Help maintain our reputation for calm, gentle, and attentive patient care

What We’re Looking For:

• GDC-registered Dental Therapist with a recognised qualification
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A calm, professional manner and high attention to detail
• A genuine passion for improving patients’ oral health and wellbeing
• Experience in a private or referral setting is an advantage, but not essential
