Rachel Chilcott

Rachel is the Marketing Manager for Giddani Health Group, which includes Modbury Dental Practice. Although she doesn’t work clinically as a dental nurse at Modbury Dental, Rachel plays a vital behind-the-scenes role, driving the marketing strategy and online presence for all Giddani Health Group practices.

Before moving into marketing, Rachel served as Lead Dental Nurse at Larkham House Dental Practice for several years, where her leadership and clinical expertise were invaluable. With over 17 years of experience in dentistry, she brings a deep understanding of both the clinical and patient experience to her marketing work.

Rachel began her career after qualifying from Plymouth University in 2010. She went on to work as a Lead Nurse in another local practice before joining the Maxillofacial & Orthodontic Department at Derriford Hospital, gaining extensive experience in oral surgery, dental implants, and orthodontics.

As Marketing Manager, Rachel blends her dental knowledge with creative and strategic insight. She is responsible for ensuring the group’s websites and social media platforms remain engaging, informative, and community-focused. Her expertise spans SEO, digital marketing, and business marketing, enabling her to effectively grow and promote each practice within the group.

With a background in art and media, Rachel’s creative flair shines through in her content design and visual storytelling. She also holds additional qualifications in Oral Health Education, Dental Radiography, and Impression Taking, reflecting her dedication to professional development.
